Meet Eva

I founded Lucere after more than a decade leading Revenue Operations, Business Operations, and People Operations for high-growth SaaS companies navigating rapid scale, transformation, and acquisition.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations build the systems, processes, and operational frameworks that enable sustainable growth. From creating RevOps functions from the ground up to leading acquisition readiness and post-acquisition integration efforts, my focus has always been the same: helping leadership teams gain clarity, make better decisions, and execute with confidence.

I’ve contributed to multiple successful acquisitions, built enterprise business intelligence programs, scaled revenue operations teams, and partnered closely with executive leadership to transform operational complexity into strategic advantage.

Today, I work directly with founders, CEOs, CROs, and private equity-backed leadership teams to create the visibility, alignment, and operational discipline required for their next stage of growth.
